HESSIAN FABRIC

Hessian/Burlap is a plain-woven fabric manufactured to meet various packaging needs and other decorative items.

Hessian/Burlap bags, made from fabric of both conventional as well as modern looms, are well accepted for diverse uses.

JUTE SACKS

Sacking is a heavy woven fabric, manufactured from coarser yarn, either plain or twills or double-warp, of different widths and for various uses.

Jute sacks are used for packaging different varieties of commodities like cashew nuts, cocoa beans, coffee beans, rice, maize, sugar, wheat, and others. We customize jute sacks as per specifications, with printing as needed.

COFFEE & COCOA BAGS

We specialize in Food Grade Jute Bags (As per IJO 98/01 Standard) for diverse packaging needs like coffee, cocoa, cashew, etc. The jute fibre is treated/processed using Rice Bran Oil (RBO) to eliminate natural odour of jute so that cocoa/coffee beans can retain their natural aroma. Jute bags, by absorbing moisture helps the cocoa/coffee bean to remain dry and reduce chance of spoilage.

Our products are MOSH & MOAH compliant and well accepted in demanding markets of Latin America, Africa, Europe and Southeast Asia.

DECORATIVE FABRICS & FESTIVE OPTIONS

Different varieties of jute fabrics are manufactured on conventional as well as modern looms for diverse uses. These can be plain or weaved with a double warp. Fabrics can be bleached and dyed as per specific Pantone color/ shade requirements. We also manufacture Jute Cotton fabric containing more than 50% jute.

HESSIAN BAGS

Hessian bags are made from fine jute yarns spun using high grade of raw jute for packing of agricultural commodities like tobacco, cotton, potato, onions, just to name a few. Specific bags are tailor made for packing high varieties of Cocoa, Coffee beans and Basmati Rice for demanding export markets.

Hessian bags can be made using ex 7oz - 12oz fabric as per customer requirements with options for multi colored printing.

JUTE SANDBAGS FOR FLOOD BARRIERS

Jute Hessian bags are used to fortify embankments and secure areas from flooding during heavy rains, over flowing rivers and is an effective measure in crisis control.

To increase the shelf life of sand bags, these are made rotproof by using mixture of Copper Sulphate(CuSO4) and Ammonium Hydroxide (NH₄OH). For some specific countries, the above treatment is done using mixture of Copper and Ammonium.

Some of the common sizes are 26” × 14” & 30” × 18” using 9-10 oz jute fabric.

These bags also provide protection & cover to the armed forces all across the globe.

JUTE GEO-TEXTILE

JGT (Jute Geo-Textile) is a natural variant of man-made textiles, having potential applications in road construction, control of soil erosion and construction of river embankments.

It has numerous advantages over its synthetuc counterpart, including being eco-friendly, natural, and biodegradable.

We can supply JGT as follows:

• 724 GSM for application on rural roads
• 500 GSM for slope stabilization

NURSERY PRODUCTS

Due to its natural and bio-degradable characteristics, the use of jute products is immense in agriculture.

Twines are used to tie the plants and grow naturally without any damage. The hydroscopic property of jute allows moisture retention & passage to stems.

Jute tapes are used as tree wraps during extreme weather conditions. Due to thermal properties of jute, it protects small plants from snow.

Being bio-degradable, Jute Sapling Bags are gaining popularity. Inspite of being expensive as compared to synthetic options available, people are favouring use of ecofriendly, bio-degradable and natural substitute.

ECO-FRIENDLY CARRY BAG

Jute bags are 100% natural & biodegradable and the process is very quick. On degradation, it improves the soil quality. Bags are Food Safe and does not cause any health hazard. Inspite of being eco-friendly, it has enormous strength and can carry substantial load.
